c) The rates are applied individually and per (group of) sessions/classes, within the limit of the available stock and the allocated validity/package, respectively taking into account the availability of the trainers. Read also the Regulation regarding the activities.

d) It is exclusively the unilateral decision of the Administrator to create, promote and provide promotions for Website Services, such as the examples below, but not limited to these:

offering cumulative promotions, i.e. the possibility of simultaneous purchase of several promotions or services by a single person or not,
to determine the stock of promotions,
to establish the validity period of a promotion and the duration of implementation of the promotion/services.
e) The displayed prices include VAT, which is applied in accordance with the legislation in force.

f) The administrator has the exclusive and unilateral right to modify the promotions without prior notification.

g) All Website promotions have a validity period and are available within the stock limit.

6.Prohibited activities

It is prohibited to undertake any act that the Administrator, at his/her own discretion, may consider inappropriate and/or could be considered an illegal act or is prohibited by any law applicable to this website, including but not limited to:
