The passion for Yoga was what pushed me to study other forms of movement, such as Pilates. Yoga pushed me to find in myself a strong source of energy and concentration, which helps me to have a positive mentality in absolutely any situation that life can throw at me. Pilates complements the state of well-being and helps me convey a state of well-being to the people I work with in my daily routine.
