Classes must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance;
Same-day cancellations are not permitted; in such cases, the session will be deducted from your package;
Group classes take place only with a minimum of 2 participants.
5-session packages are valid for 45 days from the date of purchase, and 10-session packages for 60 days.
Packages may be extended in exceptional circumstances and only if you notify us in advance with a maximum of two weeks’ notice (for holidays or medical issues).

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
- Selecting the desired service is done by accessing the “Prices & Services” page and pressing the “Reserve Spot” button.
- A summary of the selected services is displayed.
- On the booking completion page, fill in the billing information, choose the payment method and confirm the reservation.
- After payment confirmation, an Inspire Wellness consultant will contact you by phone to set the date and time.

HOW LONG DOES A CLASS / TRAINING SESSION LAST?
- The duration of a class/training session is 50 minutes.
HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?
- Payments can be made by card on the Website or at the studio reception with credit/debit card or cash. All transactions are secured.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T MAKE IT TO MY APPOINTMENT?
- The reservation cannot be canceled, and the refund option is not available.
WHAT FACILITIES DOES INSPIRE WELLNESS OFFER?
The studio is equipped with two training rooms: one room for group training (maximum 20 people) but also for individual training and another room for individual training, an artificial salt room and a massage room.
At the same time, we offer you comfort and safety through women’s and men’s locker rooms, your own locker to keep your belongings safe, showers and toilet in each locker room.
WHAT ARE THE STUDIO RULES?
For the proper conduct of activities, we have created Activity Regulations and Locker Room Regulations.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, between 08:00 – 20:00, and Saturday between 09:00 – 18:00. For all services, an appointment made and confirmed in advance is required.
