RESET 90: Pilates & Nutrition

📌 General Description:

RESET 90 is a 3-month program dedicated to women who want a gentle but profound transformation – through conscious movement and balanced nutrition. No strict diet, no pressure – but with real and sustainable results.

What’s included:

  • 30 Pilates sessions (2–3 per week). Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance, otherwise they are considered completed and deducted from the package.
  • 3 nutritional consultations The first session does not include a complete meal plan. If a meal plan is needed, it will be created during the second session, after tracking the food journal.
  • WhatsApp support throughout the program within the dedicated group
  • Progress tracking during consultations and in the dedicated group
  • Post-program recommendations

  • Answers to questions and clarifications related to nutrition

Menobalance

Program purpose:

Physical and nutritional support for women in perimenopause or menopause, through a gentle and functional approach. The combination of adapted Pilates and nutritional guidance supports:

  • toning without overexertion,
  • reducing bloating and inflammation,
  • regulating digestive and hormonal rhythm,
  • improving sleep and mood.

What the program includes (over 8 weeks):

Movement (Pilates):

  • 16 Pilates sessions (2/week) – focused on core, spine, joint mobility, breathing. Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance, otherwise they are considered completed and deducted from the package.
  • Adapted for specific menopause needs: posture, joints, water retention, sleep, breathing

Nutrition:

  • 2 nutritional consultations The first session does not include a complete meal plan. If a meal plan is needed, it will be created during the second session, after tracking the food journal.
  • WhatsApp support throughout the program within the dedicated group
  • Progress tracking during consultations and in the dedicated group
